As Order Fulfilment Team Leader, you will lead the regional Order Fulfilment team to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient customer order fulfilment across the Americas. Reporting to the Customer Delivery Manager – Americas, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, and global teams to drive customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous improvement.

Contribute directly to operational tasks while ensuring quality, priorities, and deadlines are met
Support and guide colleagues through experience, taking responsibility for the team’s delivery and continuous improvement
Requirements:
4+ years’ experience in order fulfilment, logistics, supply chain, or customer order management
Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor preferred or similar)
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong planning, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to have:
2+ years’ experience leading teams (Interns, assistants, etc)
Qualifications in Internal Business, Logistics or Supply Chain
Experience in manufacturing, mining, or industrial environments
Exposure to freight distribution and international logistics
