Order Fulfillment Specialist

• Accurately read, pick and pack each order from pick list
• Maintain organization of stored inventory, orders and fulfillment supplies
• Assemble shipping containers
• Label, package, and attach documentation to shipping containers
• Ensure compliance with State and City regulations
• Maintain accuracy and an upbeat work environment
• Participate in quality/ accuracy review of all orders
• Assist the team with other tasks as assigned
• This position is expected to remain flexible to help support other departments when needed
• Maintain confident comprehension of compliance and regulations related to filling orders. Ensure compliance of MED Medical and Retail rules and City of Boulder regulations as they apply to shipping and delivery

• Possesses physical strength and stamina required to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
• 2+ years of experience in the cannabis industry
• High School graduate or equivalent education
• Comfort with numbers and simple math
• Must have and maintain valid MED badge
• Must have reliable form of transportation
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
