Role: Order Fulfillment Executive

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and oversee the entire order-to-delivery cycle from order receipt to execution
  • Ensure accurate and timely allocating Stocks and DO Creation processes
  • Coordinate with CFA, sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies and customer order-related issues
  • Process customer orders and ensure accuracy in order entry
  • Generate and manage appointment Orders, ensuring timely and accurate Delivery Creation
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and stock allocation
  • Monitor Appointment tagging Sales Orders and follow up with Customer Service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the O2D process and improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Graduate with an MBA or Engineering background
  • Prior 3–5 years in the FMCG Industry in the areas of CFA, Order Management, and Channels Operations
  • Proven experience in Order-to-Cash or similar roles
  • High level of analytical ability
  • Strong understanding of delivery creation and invoicing procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and ERP systems
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
