Job Description:

Responsible for entire Order Execution of allocated Projects/Segments. Responsible for booking customer orders from the allocated segment in SAP/ERP system and order acknowledgement are sent to Customer within time frame. Co-ordinate with stake holder to meet the milestone like SO Booking, Drawing submission/ Approval, MFC, FAT, DI, etc. Coordination with sales & regional team for preparation of contract documentation, BG, POA, CG, PI, etc. Knowledge of Order Execution, Sales & Marketing, Project Management, SAP, ERP, QMS etc. Maintain department’s MIS files and ISO documents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
