Job Responsibility:
Process daily orders timely & accurately through Oracle ERP
Meet defined daily line quota and accuracy expectation
Solid foundation of decorative hardware knowledge including customization based on customer’s requests
Knowledge of technical concepts related to the decorative hardware industry
Requirements:
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language
One to two years relevant data entry and/or customer service experience
Intermediate proficiency with computers, keyboard skills, and Microsoft Office applications
Comfort and proficiency with Teams, Zoom, and remote work technology
Strong communication skills
Demonstrate outstanding data entry efficiency and accuracy
Schedule flexibility - occasional mandatory overtime may be required to support business needs
