Order Entry Specialist

• Accurately input order details into the system, ensuring all information is complete and correct
• analyze incoming data and process purchase orders (POs) with precision
• coordinate invoice processing and maintain accurate records of transactions
• utilize Excel, Word, and other Office tools to prepare and manage documentation
• export order data promptly and manage procurement processes effectively
• collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order approvals and adherence to customs procedures
• provide customer service support by addressing inquiries related to orders and procurement
• maintain organized records and documentation for seamless retrieval and reporting
• adapt to a fast-paced environment while handling high volumes of orders efficiently
• participate in training sessions to enhance skills in order entry and procurement processes

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related role
• some college education or a 2-4 year degree is required
• proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Office applications
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• familiarity with order entry and procurement processes is preferred
• excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new systems and procedures
• typing speed of at least 45 words per minute with high accuracy
