Job Responsibility:
Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system, ensuring information is complete and up to date
Communicate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to resolve order discrepancies or inquiries
Track orders and provide status updates to customers and team members as needed
Verify pricing, inventory availability, and delivery schedules
Work collaboratively with shipping, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in order entry, data entry, or administrative support
