We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Entry Specialist to join a reputable manufacturing company located in Glen Burnie, Maryland on a temporary to hire basis. This role is critical to supporting our operations by ensuring orders are processed accurately while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Job Responsibility:
Order Entry: Accurately input customer orders into SAP and CRM systems while maintaining proper documentation
Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, educate them on available products, and provide product recommendations
Needs Assessment: Determine customer requirements and match them with suitable products or services
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
Requirements:
Proficiency in SAP software for order processing
Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and record-keeping
Experience with CRM software to manage customer information efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers professionally
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
