We're looking for an experienced, bilingua data entry order clerk to join a dynamic team at an international company specializing in the distribution of electronic solutions. If you're known for your organizational skills, initiative and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, demanding environment, this is the role for you.
Job Responsibility:
Order Entry: Process incoming orders from emails, purchase orders, and invoices
Data Entry: Accurately enter customer orders into the system
Verification & Compliance: Review orders to ensure completeness, pricing accuracy, product availability, and adherence to delivery requirements
Internal Coordination: Communicate with Customer Service to resolve any order discrepancies or issues
File Management: Prepare sales files and orders
oversee the opening and closing of customer accounts/files
Database Maintenance: Update customer databases, files, and price/product lists
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products and services to customers
Requirements:
College diploma (an asset)
Previous experience in sales coordination, support or a similar role is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
Mastery of computer tools such as the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently, manage several tasks in parallel and meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize, analyze, work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the security sector would be an advantage
