We are currently looking for an order entry coordinator for an amazing company in Dorval. They are currently growing and have lots of room for advancement. The sales support representative will deal with sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts. They also enter and track data in sales databases and provide reports to the sales department.
Job Responsibility:
Creating Powerpoint presentations, entering the info into Excel
Receive and review documents received from suppliers
Send documents and required information to customs broker (coordinating with the logistics department)
Ensure all documents are sent on time
Data entry and data review
Delivery forecasts to be sent weekly to each of our appointed truckers in the US
Documentation/instructions to be sent to truckers when needed
