Job Responsibility

  • Accepting, entering and processing orders
  • Verifying POs with quotes
  • Monitor inventory and order stock when needed
  • Track and trace shipments
  • Follow up and invoice vendors for POs
  • Customer Service through phone, mail, and fax
  • Gather freight quotes when needed
  • Receptionist coverage during lunch and when needed
  • Other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration and/or order entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work as a team and individually
  • Positive attitude and eager to learn
