Job Responsibility
Accepting, entering and processing orders
Verifying POs with quotes
Monitor inventory and order stock when needed
Track and trace shipments
Follow up and invoice vendors for POs
Customer Service through phone, mail, and fax
Gather freight quotes when needed
Receptionist coverage during lunch and when needed
Other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration and/or order entry
Excellent verbal and written communication
Punctual and dependable
Detail oriented
Ability to work as a team and individually
Positive attitude and eager to learn
