Job Responsibility
Manage customer purchase orders in a B2B environment, ensuring they are accurately reviewed, processed and followed through to delivery
Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to organise shipments, monitor delivery progress and support resolution of delays or claims
Work confidently with ERP workflows and automated order processes, understanding how orders move through systems and helping resolve exceptions when needed
Collaborate with colleagues across Customer Experience, production, logistics and commercial teams to provide a proactive, seamless customer experience
Requirements
2-4 years of direct working experience in order management, customer order processing, or distribution/logistics coordination within an international B2B environment
Demonstrated experience managing the full order workflow, from receiving customer requests or purchase orders through to shipment follow-up and delivery completion
Knowledge of ERP systems is mandatory
Full fluency in English
Nice to have
Exposure to international shipping, transport coordination, customs/import-export or regulated product environments would be advantageous
Comfort working with process automation tools or system-driven workflows would be highly beneficial
Customer-facing or direct client interaction experience would be a nice to have
