Job Description

Our client, a market leader in tool distribution is looking for someone to join their Dorval location. We are looking for a detail-oriented meticulous individual with strong organizational skills to join our a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Responsibility

  • Customer assistance and service (incoming phone calls and emails)
  • Parts order processing
  • Administrating online Parts store
  • Following up with the ecommerce departments
  • Return Goods Authorization/Machine Repair Tracking
  • Service Center liaison and follow-up coordination
  • Shipping and logistics liaison
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department, transportation, warehouse, orders
  • Invoicing, quotes, inventory, creating contracts
  • Prepare documents for shipping (label/pallet label, etc)

Requirements

  • Bilingual English / French (spoken and written)
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable with computers
  • Data entry experience
