Job Description:

We are looking for a team player who is excited about the work they do to join our Distribution team in Pointe-Claire, QC. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing world-class service to both external and internal customers. The incumbent will be responsible for handling sales, product, and service inquiries, customer orders, data entry and other office related tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Represent the company in a positive, courteous, and professional manner
Process customer orders via email, phone, or fax
Coordinating with sales for quotes, inquiries, and other customer needs
Customer file maintenance, opening / closing files
Learn and possess industry, company, and product knowledge
Collaborate with and support the efforts of the outside sales team
Ensure orders are being processed in a timeline fashion

Requirements:

Exceptional communication and writing skills in French and English
Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision
Must have a positive and friendly attitude
Adaptable, proactive mindset
Comfortable with computers
Have the willingness to learn and grow

What we offer:

Group health insurance
20-23$/hr + profit sharing paid every 3 months, roughly 15% total of salary in the year
