Job Description:

We are looking for an Order Controlling Specialist for our global business partner. Responsibilities include financial value-flow management, profitability insight, budget forecasting, operational activities for customer orders, and support for sales offer optimization.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate closely with the Order Management team members and support them throughout the life cycle of factory orders with regards to financial value-flow
Provide insight into profitability of ongoing orders and work closely with the Product Cost Controller in detailed analysis after order completion
Provide estimates of revenue and order intake for Forecast and Budget together with the Team Lead
Ad-hoc support to sales offer optimization teams, (cost calculation optimizations)
Carry out all commercial operational activities of customer orders together with the Order Managers
Take part in initiatives to maximize profitability for the respective portfolio elements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order controlling and/or financial reporting
Self-conscious and highly resilient
Proficiency in related modules of SAP, MS Office Apps and Power BI.
