Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Order Administrator for our client based in Reading.

Job Responsibility

  • Accurately enter and process sales orders using the ERP system
  • Ensure all documentation is received, stored, and retained according to company policies
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and coordination
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and implement effective solutions
  • Support the help desk with queries related to equipment
  • Participate in initiatives to promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct reporting and analysis to drive data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • IT literate with a strong willingness to learn
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or call centre role
  • Proficient in using ERP systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of order processing, inventory, and invoicing
  • Experience with exportation to international customers
  • Fluency in Italian, French, or German is highly desirable but not essential
