Oral Solid Dose Value Stream Director

We make and supply medicines and vaccines all around the globe and our teams own every production stage, from creating quality products at our manufacturing sites to designing effective supply forecasting and regulatory inspections; all powered by digital, data and analytics. The Oral Solid Dose (OSD) Value Stream Director will lead the OSD value stream to deliver high‑quality products with a focus on new product introduction, manufactured safely, to meet supply chain needs. They will develop value stream strategies that align with the site’s future state and the GSK Production System. They will directly manage people, operations, activities, and the production budget. In this role the successful candidate will have the opportunity to accelerate the development of medicines to patients through partnership with our R&D function to deliver new product introduction at pace and transition on to commercial manufacturing. The role also serves as a member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT), providing strategic input to enable the site to meet its business goals.
