An Oracle UX Functional Lead is required by Whitehall Resources to join a major transformation programme based in Central London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working environment, with 3 days per week expected on-site. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of user-focused Oracle solutions, specialising in UX and portal experiences across functional areas such as HR, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and third-party partners to gather requirements, define processes, and deliver functional enhancements that improve usability, efficiency, and business outcomes. Experience with Oracle Redwood is essential.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the delivery of user-focused Oracle solutions, specialising in UX and portal experiences across functional areas such as HR, Finance, and Supply Chain
Work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and third-party partners to gather requirements, define processes, and deliver functional enhancements that improve usability, efficiency, and business outcomes
Own and drive functional delivery across Oracle UX modules, prioritising business value and user needs
Lead a small team to deliver enhancements, support testing, manage change, and engage stakeholders
Requirements:
Experience in functional or product roles within Oracle ERP systems, ideally with UX or portal modules and at least 2 years’ experience in relevant areas
Background in user experience, CRM or customer engagement and employee portal solutions
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, including experience leading small teams of analysts or SMEs
Hands-on experience supporting system implementations, requirement gathering, testing, and change management
Understanding of technology implementation, product lifecycles, and business process optimisation
