The Oracle Fusion Support Team Member is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for Oracle Fusion Financials along with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 applications. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing system enhancements, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth functioning of financial and associated Applications. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, and experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.

Requirements:
Experience in supporting Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
Familiarity with key Oracle modules such as P2P, O2C, and GL
Understanding of ITIL framework and processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Service Request management)
Experience with ticketing systems of any ITSM tools
Good knowledge of Oracle database queries (SQL) for troubleshooting & Writing scripts
Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
