Job Description:

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Oracle Systems Analyst to support mission-critical operations in the McLean, VA area. The Oracle Systems Analyst will lead Oracle Cloud HCM design and delivery, driving scalable, user-focused solutions in partnership with HR, IT, and vendors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Talent, Benefits, and Compensation
  • Translate business needs into user-focused solutions, managing configurations through the full SDLC
  • Configure and enhance Oracle HCM using VB Studio, focusing on intuitive design and scalable workflows
  • Manage projects from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience, including Talent Management, Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation
  • Skilled in VB Studio and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Strong in system configuration, testing, upgrades, and issue resolution
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities
