Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Consultant with expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing effective solutions, and ensuring successful implementation aligned with organizational goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements from stakeholders
  • Work closely with customers and business users to understand their needs and translate them into system solutions
  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules
  • Conduct solution design workshops, CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), and user training sessions
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and follow Oracle best practices
  • Provide functional support during testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and post-go-live phases
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimized solutions
  • Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, FSDs, test scripts, and user guides
  • Work collaboratively within consulting environments (e.g., Sopra Steria or similar) to ensure quality delivery

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in Oracle applications with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM
  • Hands-on experience in modules such as: Project Costing
  • Project Financial Management
  • Project Billing
  • Grants Management (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of project accounting and financial processes
  • Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM implementations
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and global clients
