Strong understanding of enterprise data management, master data governance, and data hierarchies
experience with financial and operational planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
hands-on experience implementing Oracle EDMCS in complex, multi-system environments
proficiency in Oracle EDMCS, including configuration of applications, views, properties, and workflows
familiarity with Oracle EPM suite components (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS) and ERP systems (Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion, or others)
knowledge of data integration techniques using Oracle Data Management tools, APIs, and file-based integrations
experience with scripting (e.g., SQL, EPM Automate) and integration tools (e.g., FDMEE, ODI)
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
excellent communication skills
proven ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams

Job Responsibility

Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to capture functional and technical requirements for enterprise data management
perform gap analysis to understand business needs and how Oracle EDMCS can address them
design EDMCS structures to manage hierarchical and reference data
configure EDMCS solutions to enable data governance, approvals, and workflows
set up integration points between EDMCS and other Oracle EPM and ERP systems
define and implement data management workflows, validation rules, and governance processes
develop integration solutions between EDMCS and Oracle ERP/EPM systems
configure and manage EDMCS data mappings and transformations
troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance
lead system testing efforts

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional specifications and deliver strategic solutions
Provide expertise in Oracle EPM-EDM cloud solutions implementation, offering functional implementation advice and guidance
Lead and validate Oracle EDMCS design, working closely with SI Partner and other program workstream leads
Advise on options, risk and impact on processes or systems, recommending solutions for process efficiency improvements
Stay updated with the latest Oracle EPM-EDMCS Cloud release and ensure firm’s systems are supported and up to date
