Job Description

As an Associate Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our retail capabilities and improve the customer experience. You will be responsible for managing product features, ensuring alignment with business goals, and leveraging your knowledge of Xstore POS, Oracle Retail Cloud (ORCE), and eftlink to drive product success.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in defining product vision and roadmap for global retail capabilities, specifically focusing on Xstore POS and the Oracle suite of applications
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of product updates
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the retail technology landscape
  • Advocate for the end-user by conducting usability testing, gathering feedback, and iterating on product features to enhance the user experience
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and training materials
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements
  • Provide support for internal teams and end-users, including training sessions and product demos

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the retail technology sector
  • Strong knowledge of Xstore POS and Oracle applications, including ORCE and eftlink
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and performance metrics
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of retail operations across US, Canada, and Latin-American markets

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
  • Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle
