German Speaking senior Oracle ERP project manager with directive leadership skills to be responsible for leading medium to large, complex, high value transformational Oracle projects, often impacting regional or global operations. Strong project governance and controls, and creates innovative ways to deliver when presented with challenges. Requirements

  • Fluent in verbal & written communication using German

  • Led at least two end to end Oracle SAAS ERP/HCM implementation projects including data migration
  • Led at least one global implementation
  • Led at least one multi-pillar implementation
  • Management of remote, global project teams
  • Owned and managed Oracle SAAS Environment plans

  • Managing the agreed scope of the project to ensure that Change Requests are clearly called out, agreed upon and adjusted against the timeline
  • Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated
  • Control and report progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor, and internally within Infovity and escalate any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner, initiate corrective action where necessary in order to keep the project on track
  • Perform Resource Management, Resource Utilization, Planning, Estimation, Release Management and Risk Management
  • Work with all stakeholders to monitor and track progress of workstreams to ensure successful go-live
