Job Responsibility

  • To become the SME for Netsuite Solution Design and Integration Projects
  • To provide architecturing & integration support for the Netsuite system
  • To define and reconcile reporting requirements across local statutory, group and management needs
  • To ensure the enhancement or changes are aligned with global standards & company processes & security
  • To ensure and deliver all assigned Incident & Change Requests according to SLA
  • To execute Netsuite configuration, customization & integration efforts
  • To work together with regional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain etc.) to capture business requirements and ensure local Netsuite implementation aligns with company's global ERP blueprint
  • To manage vendors & work together with other internal IT (other functional consultants, developers, infra, Business Analyst) on Netsuite enhancement, implementation & integration projects
  • To lead in regional / global end-to-end Netsuite implementations, enhancements, and integrations projects - from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and validation (if any)
  • To work on integrations between Netsuite and related systems (e.g., POS, CRM, inventory platforms, WMS & others)

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of hands-on functional experience in Netsuite system implementation, configuration, or business system integration is an added advantage but not compulsory (preferably Netsuite OneWorld)
  • 1 full cycle end to end greenfield / rollout within regional / multi location implementation projects on Netsuite is an added advantage but not compulsory
  • Ability to execute core L2 / L3 support on Netsuite is an added advantage but not compulsory
  • Experience integrating Netsuite with other 3rd party systems is an added advantage but not compulsory
  • Experience with any integration tools etc Boomi / Mulesoft / Workato or others / APIs / any middleware for cross-system data flow is an added advantage but not compulsory
  • Core business processes on these domains
  • Finance / SCM / WMS / Inventory is an added advantage but not compulsory
  • Netsuite Cloud ERP experience is an added advantage but not compulsory (on-premise is welcome to apply)
  • Diploma is required
  • 7 years experience
