Job Description

An Oracle HCM Product Lead is required by Whitehall Resources to join our client based in Central London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working environment, with 3 days per week expected on-site. The successful will play a key role in driving transformation through Oracle Cloud and related SaaS platforms, working closely with stakeholders, product teams, and delivery partners to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement. Please note that the successful candidate will be required to undergo security clearance checks as part of the onboarding process.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and deliver the HCM product roadmap
  • Lead a team to implement enhancements, support testing, and drive user adoption across the business
  • Work as part of a collaborative product function focused on end-to-end service transformation

Requirements

  • Experience working with HR/HCM systems, ideally Oracle Cloud HCM
  • A strong background in product ownership or product management
  • Experience leading small teams
  • An understanding of SaaS platforms and back-office transformation programmes
  • Hands-on experience with stakeholder management, agile delivery, testing, and change management
