Job Description:

The Platform Owner is responsible for managing, evolving, and optimising a key business platform to meet organisational needs while ensuring its stability, scalability, and security. This role bridges business operations, product strategy, and technical implementation, ensuring that the platform aligns with strategic objectives and delivers maximum value. The Platform Owner will oversee the roadmap, integrations, and overall performance of the platform, working closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement

  • Develop and maintain the platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and future needs
  • Define the platform strategy, including business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue considerations, and ROI
  • Act as the key business contact for the platform, gathering feedback and ensuring business needs are met
  • Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of platform features in collaboration with solution development and engineering teams
  • Contribute to structured demand management practices, ensuring consistent handling of platform requirements
  • Continuously develop platform expertise through certifications and training
