The Function resource acts as the bridge between the business requirements and the system setup. They ensure that the pay rules in UKG align perfectly with the payroll elements in Oracle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Pay Rule Mapping: Mapping UKG code (Overtime, Double-time) to the corresponding Oracle Payroll elements
  • Requirement Gathering: Leading workshops with stakeholders to document complex business scenarios like shift differentials or retroactive adjustments
  • Compliance Validation: Ensuring the solution meets US Regulatory requirements and tax regulations
  • Testing Leadership: Designing and executing System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
