Job Description Strong Functional Skills on Fusion / EBS HRMS on R12 – Core HR, Payroll and Talent Modules. Should have experience in Stake Holder Management and Customer Communication. Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade / Support experiences. Good Knowledge on Fusion / HRMS Landscape (Core HR, Payroll or Talent ). Knowledge on Business Processes with good exposure to AIM/OUM Methodology of Execution. Should be able to handle support teams. Requirements:
Must have minimum 2-12 yrs. of relevant experience on HCM modules – Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll or Talent Management
Should have worked on Implementations / Upgrades / Support Projects
Experience in working on Other modules will be added advantage – Talent Management, ORC, TALEO, etc.
