Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Developer to design, develop, and implement technical solutions within the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) environment. This role focuses on customizations, integrations, and enhancements across Oracle HCM modules such as Payroll, Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Workforce Management. The Oracle HCM Developer will collaborate with functional consultants, HR stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and maintainable HCM solutions that optimize HR operations and processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions and extensions within Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Workforce Management)
  • Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and scripts to support HCM processes
  • Integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems using Oracle SOA, REST/SOAP Web Services, Middleware, and APIs
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Participate in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of HCM solutions
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and interfaces to support HR operations and analytics
  • Maintain technical documentation, version control, and coding standards
  • Assist with upgrades, patches, and performance optimization for Oracle HCM environments
  • Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud or EBS HCM updates and best practices
