Job Description

Robert Half is seeking multiple Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud Functional Leads with strong Redwood experience to support a large-scale implementation. This is a fully remote role supporting teams operating in the CST time zone. You’ll serve as a hands-on functional leader across Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud and Service Cloud workstreams—supporting configuration, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and Redwood UI adoption.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
  • Drive Redwood UI setup, personalization, UX alignment, and adoption
  • Support end-to-end Fusion CX processes including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Activities, Service Requests, Case Management
  • Configure and optimize Fusion platform elements: Page Composer & Redwood personalization, Object and field-level configurations, Role-based access/security, Integration touchpoints (REST APIs, OIC exposure preferred)
  • Partner with business users to translate requirements into scalable, best-practice solutions
  • Provide strong communication in client-facing functional workshops

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
  • Mandatory: Experience with Redwood UI (configuration, UX, adoption)
  • Strong understanding of Fusion CX workflows
  • Experience configuring Fusion via Page Composer, roles, objects, and fields
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, OIC, or similar integration frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
