Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and configure OTBI analyses, dashboards, and subject area-based reports across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM modules
  • Build and maintain BI Publisher data models, layouts, templates, and scheduled/bursting reports based on business and functional requirements
  • Analyze existing reporting inventories, data models, and development methodologies to identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, performance improvement, and maintainability
  • Interpret business and functional reporting requirements and translate them into technical report specifications, data model designs, and reporting solutions
  • Ensure reporting solutions align with Oracle Fusion data architecture, security model, and cross-functional reporting dependencies
  • Develop and maintain documentation for reporting standards, development practices, naming conventions, and approved data-source usage
  • Provide training, troubleshooting support, and knowledge transfer to internal team members on OTBI and BI Publisher development, support, and report lifecycle management
  • Collaborate closely with functional SMEs, business users, and technical teams to support reporting strategy and delivery

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP reporting, including OTBI subject areas, BI Publisher, and Fusion reporting data structures
  • Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and optimizing OTBI and BI Publisher reports in a production Oracle Fusion environment
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion data architecture, security roles, row-level/data access controls, and cross-module reporting relationships
  • Experience reviewing and rationalizing existing reporting portfolios and implementing reporting standards and best practices
  • Ability to create technical documentation, including report specifications, development standards, and support/training materials
  • Experience delivering end-user or technical training on OTBI, BI Publisher, or related Oracle reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functional, business, and technical stakeholder groups
