Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead key projects within our midstream operations. This role demands robust project management capabilities, strong business acumen, and proven experience driving Oracle Fusion implementations, ideally within the midstream sector. The ideal candidate excels at traditional PM responsibilities, communicates seamlessly with stakeholders, and possesses a solid understanding of business processes in the oil & gas midstream environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects for midstream business operations, maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and project continuity
  • Prepare, manage, and deliver regular status updates to project stakeholders, including preparing materials for and presenting to Steering Committees (SteerCo)
  • Work closely with internal business and technical teams to ensure business objectives and system requirements are met
  • Coordinate and collaborate effectively with external implementation partners
  • Drive project activities such as requirement gathering, milestone tracking, resource allocation, and change management
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions to engage stakeholders and align project direction
  • Foster a strong understanding of midstream operations and requirements, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including leading large-scale technology implementation projects
  • Demonstrated experience managing Oracle Fusion or similar ERP projects
  • Midstream or oil & gas industry project experience required
  • Experience working with or managing third-party implementation partners (preferably Huron)
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP or other recognized project management certification is a plus
