Job Description:

HSBC is seeking a professional for the role of Oracle Fusion OICS Engineer/Consultant Specialist to work within the Fusion Integration POD, monitor production batches, resolve issues, lead integrations, and ensure IT standards are maintained.

Job Responsibility:

Work as production support SME and OICS engineer within Fusion Integration POD
Monitor production batches, provide fixes to production issues and proactively take efforts to reduce incidents
Work closely with product owners to plan and deliver small/medium business CRs and book of work
Support existing inbound and outbound integrations and lead new integrations with design/build
Be part of an agile team, to deliver complex integration and propose technical solutions
Ensure the use of PLSQL, SQL, API’s, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to meet requirements
Take actions to meet IT controls, ITSM standards and governance process

Requirements:

Proven working experience and ability to perform the job [Min 5+ Years]
Production support experience with incident management and change management
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC, Oracle Cloud) [Mandatory]
Good understanding of 'Oracle Fusion' or any other ERP’s technical and functional business process flow [Preferred]
Ability to work on VBCS applications and perform testing
Self-motivated and self-sufficient to work independently without much supervision
Flexibility for production support and weekend activities with periodic rotational shifts and/or oncall support
Experience across scheduling tool, scripting, ETL, database and transmission technologies

Nice to have:

Good understanding of 'Oracle Fusion' or any other ERP’s technical and functional business process flow
Ability to work on VBCS applications and perform testing
Experience across scheduling tool, scripting, ETL, database and transmission technologies
