Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Oracle Fusion Implementation Program Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programs for enterprise clients. This role requires extensive experience in cloud transformation, cross-functional coordination, and management of all phases of Oracle Fusion deployments. The Program Manager will be responsible for program governance and ensuring high-quality project execution, aligned with Oracle Application Implementation Manager standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation programs, managing the full lifecycle from planning and requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live stabilization
  • Define and manage program strategy, scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management plans, ensuring all activities align with client executive stakeholder goals
  • Oversee cross-functional implementation teams, including system integrators, subject matter experts, and client process owners
  • Manage configuration and implementation governance, offering guidance on Oracle Fusion features, task assignments, and setup oversight in accordance with Oracle best practices
  • Drive project communication cadence, facilitate status reporting, and provide executive-level summaries across the program portfolio
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, resolve issues promptly, and proactively mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support and coordinate change management efforts, testing cycles, data migration activities, and cutover planning to ensure seamless transitions

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrable leadership in large-scale technology programs
  • Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including configuration, deployment, and stabilization of Oracle Fusion implementations
  • Proven expertise in using traditional project management tools and methodologies, such as Jira, MS Project, and similar platforms
  • Track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and complex Oracle Fusion implementation projects, ideally for enterprise-level organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills
  • Experience executing program governance, risk mitigation strategies, and delivering projects on time and within budget

Nice to have

  • Experience with both Oracle Fusion and legacy ERP system migrations
  • PMP or relevant project management certification
