Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong functional expertise and hands-on implementation experience. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business HR requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
  • Gather, analyze, and document HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
  • Configure and support key Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including: Core HR (Global HR), Payroll, Absence Management, Oracle Talent Management (OTM), Time and Labor, Compensation (as applicable)
  • Configure enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, jobs, grades, and positions
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation (BRD, FRD, MD050)
  • Support data migration activities using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions
  • Support testing phases (SIT, UAT), go-live, and post-go-live support
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior consultants

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM
  • At least 1 full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation
  • Strong functional knowledge of HR and payroll processes
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration
  • Experience with integrations between HCM and Finance/SCM modules
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (latest releases)
  • Knowledge of OTBI / BI Publisher reports
  • Experience with data migration tools (HDL, HSDL)
