We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong functional expertise and hands-on implementation experience. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business HR requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
Gather, analyze, and document HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
Configure and support key Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including: Core HR (Global HR), Payroll, Absence Management, Oracle Talent Management (OTM), Time and Labor, Compensation (as applicable)
Configure enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, jobs, grades, and positions
Prepare and maintain functional documentation (BRD, FRD, MD050)
Support data migration activities using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheets
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions
Support testing phases (SIT, UAT), go-live, and post-go-live support
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior consultants
Requirements:
8–12 years of experience in Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM
At least 1 full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation
Strong functional knowledge of HR and payroll processes
Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration
Experience with integrations between HCM and Finance/SCM modules
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (latest releases)
