Job Responsibility

  • Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
  • Execute proper business requirements gathering and translating them into workable Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Constant initiatives of process analysis and recommend improvements to drive operational efficiency
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud to meet business requirements while adhere to regulatory standards
  • Troubleshooting and resolving application or process issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Preparing and maintaining clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents, as well as delivering end-user training.

Requirements

  • Someone who has at least 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion within implementation project and/or support
  • Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on a regional or global basis
  • Someone with exposure any of these domain - Financial / SCM / HCM
  • Core ability to translate business requirements into effective functional documentations
  • Strong hands-on and functional configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
