Our company is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant to support Phoenix-based clients through all stages of their Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives. Your role will be critical in delivering game-changing solutions that help clients adapt to evolving market conditions and drive digital transformation.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess business requirements and design tailored Oracle Fusion ERP solutions
Lead or support Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Advise clients on best practices, process optimization, and change management throughout the ERP life cycle
Integrate cloud-based and automation technologies to maximize system value
Develop and deliver training and upskilling programs to bridge ERP module gaps within client teams
Deliver expert insights for system customization and ongoing enhancements as business needs evolve
Troubleshoot complex ERP issues to ensure operational excellence
Create thorough project documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years’ experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP modules (such as Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement)
Proven track record of successful client-facing ERP engagements, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and integration best practices
Demonstrated ability to optimize business processes and automate workflows
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
able to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Nice to have:
Oracle Certification(s) in relevant Fusion modules
Experience with data migration, analytics/reporting tools, and API integrations
Prior experience with ERP projects for clients in the Phoenix metropolitan area
