Job Description:
Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Work with Oracle Support and AMS partners for issue investigation and closure. Design, develop, and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi, BI Publisher bursting, and SFTP. Build and maintain inbound/outbound integrations with banks, tax engines, payroll providers, procurement platforms, and logistics systems. Develop scalable integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Integrate Oracle SaaS applications with third‑party systems using OIC adapters, APIs, and data transfer methods. Leverage OCI services (Object Storage, API Gateway, Autonomous DB) to enhance integration performance and security. Build extensions using Groovy scripting, Application Composer, and Page Composer. Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI analyses. Support operational and financial reporting needs across modules. Manage configuration migration across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments. Maintain technical documentation, interface maps, design specs, and runbooks. Collaborate with business, internal audit, and security teams to define risk thresholds, map sensitive business functions, and maintain compliant access structures.
