Job Description

Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud functional resource with 7 to 10 years of Oracle Cloud work experience. The candidate will manage order management processes, troubleshoot issues, and prepare documentation.

Job Responsibility

  • Trouble shooting, analysis and resolution of issues related to order creation, management of sales orders, updates to sales orders, credit hold for sales orders
  • Ability to translate business requirements into workable standard or custom solutions

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of Oracle Cloud work experience
  • Relevant experience in semi-conductor industry would be an added advantage
  • Experience on at least 2 implementations and 2 support projects in Oracle Order Management Cloud
  • Hands on experience with core Oracle Fusion PO and SCM modules like Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Cost Management etc.
  • Prior implementation, support experience on importing sales orders from 3rd party systems using Oracle platforms like OIC, VBCS, ATP etc. would be an added advantage
  • Detailed understanding of Oracle Fusion Order Management & Inventory setup, architecture, accounting process flow & its integration with other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules
  • Good functional knowledge on Data Conversion, Rapid Implementation Spreadsheets, File Based Data Load, Migrations, Inbound / Outbound Interfaces, OTBI Reports
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Preparation of test scripts, training manuals, functional specification document etc. as per AIM methodology
  • Creation of Oracle Service Requests for code-fix, data-fix, product bugs etc. and tracking them to closure
  • Experience on providing multi-country, multi-business unit support to clients
  • Certification from Oracle University on Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud, Purchasing Cloud, Inventory Cloud etc.
  • Prior experience on using ticket management and tracking tools like JIRA, Service Now, Freshdesk etc.

Nice to have

  • Relevant experience in semi-conductor industry would be an added advantage
  • Prior implementation, support experience on importing sales orders from 3rd party systems using Oracle platforms like OIC, VBCS, ATP etc. would be an added advantage
