7+ years of ERP experience in architecture, design, development, or deployment leadership roles
Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), especially within Finance

Job Responsibility

Develop a comprehensive understanding of current-state business processes and system capabilities across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory & Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Production Planning
identify strengths, gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization
Define and maintain the target-state architecture and strategic roadmap for Oracle ERP, including application, data, and integration layers
Conduct gap analyses between current and target states and lead the development of actionable roadmaps to remediate gaps and mitigate risks to business initiatives
Lead solution design and architecture governance, partnering with business SMEs and Enterprise Architects to ensure scalable, integrated, and standardized cross-functional solutions
Provide architectural leadership for ERP implementations, enhancements, and modernization initiatives, including upgrades and potential cloud transformation efforts
Define and govern integration architecture between Oracle ERP, PLM, and other enterprise systems
Evaluate and recommend ERP-related tools and technologies such as data management, analytics, scheduling, and mobility solutions
Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes
