We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant with 8–12 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, particularly within Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) modules. Experience in financial processes and accounting principles will be highly advantageous.
Job Responsibility
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Configure and support Oracle Fusion ERP applications with a focus on AP and GL modules
Collaborate with business users to design and implement efficient business processes
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Oracle Fusion capabilities
Support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and production support activities
Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for customizations and integrations
Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution
Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and ERP governance standards
Requirements
8–12 years of overall ERP experience with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP
Strong functional consulting experience in Oracle Fusion applications
Hands-on experience with: Accounts Payable (AP)
General Ledger (GL)
Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and support processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
