Job Description:

The Project Analyst is a business analyst / Functional support professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data with respect to Oracle ERP System. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work between APAC and NAM shift
  • End-to-end support process for Systems Analytics Data Utility (P2P support in over 92 countries managing internal customers/stakeholders)
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and users to gather requirements and coordinate with development team for implementation
  • Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting root causes of issues for Oracle AP, OCR and other financial modules
  • Take ownership of issues and work with business users and development team to find resolutions
  • Maintain and modify configuration of Oracle modules
  • Analyzes existing system logic and uses evaluative judgment to make recommendations and implement enhancements or fixes
  • Formulates and defines scope and objectives for changes through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree
  • Minimum 2 to 5+ years relevant experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials modules, P2P Functional Support or P2P Modules such as AP, Tax, IPPO, PA, GL
  • Should have good exposure to AP, OCR and Invoice ingestion
  • Should have good exposure to data archival and disposal activities
  • Should have worked in at least 2 data migration and disposal programs
  • Must be an effective communicator
  • Participation in some process improvements
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge in banking applications and server infrastructure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, great teammate
