Job Description:

The Project Analyst 1 is a beginner/Intermediate professional role responsible for applications support, gathering requirements, resolving issues, implementing changes, and maintaining configurations.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for having a good understanding of apps support procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas
work closely with business stakeholders and users to gather requirements and coordinate with development team for implementation
provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting root causes of issues for applications in SADU
take ownership of issues and work with business users and development team to find resolutions
maintain and modify configuration
analyze existing system logic and make recommendations and implement enhancements or fixes
formulate and define scope and objectives for changes through research and fact-finding
gather data needed to create and complete project plans
keep track of progress on project deliverables and approved changes
ensure project documents are updated as necessary
assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years relevant experience P2P or Data warehousing applications
should have good exposure to data archival and disposal activities
should have worked in at least 2 data migration and disposal programs
must be an effective communicator
participation in some process improvements
analytical and troubleshooting skills
knowledge in banking applications and server infrastructure
good interpersonal and communication skills, great teammate
