Job Description

Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of EPBCS modules (Custom and out-of-the-box models). Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, data maps, forms, dashboards, and task lists. Optimize performance across complex planning cubes and application clusters. Troubleshoot and resolve EPBCS technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high system reliability. Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Drive end‑to‑end enhancement cycles—from requirement gathering to deployment and post‑production support. Manage application migrations across environments. Ensure adherence to best practices, governance standards, and change‑management processes. Support integrations between EPBCS and upstream/downstream systems using Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs, and other integration tools. Oversee data loads, validations, and reconciliation processes. Collaborate with IT and business teams to maintain data accuracy and consistency across the EPM ecosystem. Build and maintain Narrative Reporting packages, report bursts, and management reporting frameworks. Work closely with finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders to understand planning cycles and reporting needs. Provide technical guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long‑term EPM roadmap planning.
