Job Description:

Oracle EBS R12 SCM functional side and knowledge on technical side for trouble shooting. Modules - Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, WIP, BOM. Order Workflow Issues, Worked on End-to-End Implementation Projects, Support Projects. Worked on Q-Close and Month End issues, Tickets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement SCM solutions independently with client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers to find solutions for projects and operational issues for existing and proposed developments
  • Leverage extensive Oracle implementation and AMS experience to lead the delivery of SCM Operations team
  • Serve as a backfill to lead solution design, manage the technology landscape, and support ongoing projects
  • to interact with client on Company merging and integration

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oracle EBS on SCM modules for in Implementation and AMS projects
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing teams and architecting the client environment for Oracle EBS
  • Resource should be Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Solution Architect
  • Strong knowledge of the Oracle EBS ecosystem and integrated application architecture
  • A solid understanding of business processes and solution design
  • Hands-on technical experience
  • Resource should have 70% Functional hands on experience in Oracle EBS and 30% Technical experience on SCM modules
  • Should have hands-on experience and set ups on SCM modules
  • Having Finance modules experience is additional advantage
  • Knowledge and experience on SQL and PL/SQL
  • Basic knowledge in Forms and Reports to trouble shoot
  • 7+ years in EBS R12

  • Responsible for Process design, system configuration, testing, specification development and end user training for DMC, Oracle eBS R12 SCM Applications, VCP, ASCP, Oracle Demand Cloud
  • Provides technical support to root cause and resolve supply chain management issues. Submits and follow up on service requests to Oracle
  • Monitors the request sets to manage the monthly S&OP cadence. Takes corrective actions when request sets fail. Measures the performance of request set steps and recommends actions to improve them
  • Supports the development activities for improvement initiatives. Provides programming of custom code and migrates the solutions to production. Participates in validation activities
  • Maintains the technical documentation related to supply chain management systems. Examples include BR100, monthly cadence document and technical design documents for custom objects
  • Provide analysis, problem resolution and improvement plans for Supply Chain, Demand Planning systems
  • Support the implementation of solutions through a formal process including requirements gathering and definition, gap analysis, design, development, configuration, project planning, testing and deployment
