Job Description
Technical Architecture & RICEW Design: Lead RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) design, build, and governance across Oracle EBS SCM and Finance modules. Prepare technical solution blueprints, design documentation, and ensure compliance with architecture standards, security guidelines, and Oracle best practices. Data Conversion & Cutover: Execute master and transactional data conversion strategy — design templates, cleansing rules, validation logic, and load sequencing. Develop conversion programs (SQL*Loader, PL/SQL, FBDI-style templates) with reconciliation reports. Coordinate with functional leads for data ownership, sign-offs, and reconciliation against legacy systems. Integration & Data Strategy: Design interfaces using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, Concurrent Programs, and middleware. Define integration patterns — file-based, real-time (SOAP/REST), batch, and event-driven — with error handling, retry logic, reconciliation frameworks, dashboards, and SLA metrics. Advisory: Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide effort estimates for new requirements/change requests.
