Job Description

The Oracle EBS Project Manager will lead the migration of Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for a federal agency. This role supports mission-critical systems and ensures cloud migration activities comply with federal security, governance, and audit requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of Oracle EBS 12.2 migration projects to OCI
  • Control project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
  • Ensure project execution aligns with federal security, compliance, and audit standards
  • Provide regular status reports, deliverables, and executive briefings
  • Support testing, cutover, stabilization, and transition to operations

Requirements

  • Master's degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-vendor projects
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project governance, risk management, and federal reporting
  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading an on premise to cloud application migration
  • Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder who possesses a Public Trust clearance
  • 5 years' experience managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2 implementations
