Job Description:

The Oracle EBS Project Manufacturing Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS Project Manufacturing and related modules. The role bridges business requirements and system functionality, ensuring end-to-end project-driven manufacturing processes are efficiently supported within Oracle EBS.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and support implementation of Oracle Project Manufacturing (PJM) within Oracle EBS
  • Configure and support PJM-related setups including project parameters, cost collection, and supply chain integration
  • Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for project-based manufacturing processes
  • Prepare functional design documents (BRD, MD050, setup documents, test scripts)
  • Support system testing (CRP, SIT, UAT) and resolve functional issues
  • Map client business processes to Oracle EBS best practices
  • Advise on project-driven manufacturing, costing, and tracking methodologies
  • Support project billing, revenue recognition, and cost capitalization scenarios
  • Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals
  • Provide post-go-live support and ongoing system enhancements
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for RICEW components
  • Manage change requests and functional impact assessments

Requirements:

  • 8 Years of Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Project Manufacturing (PJM)
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing and project-based costing processes (Require 8 Years of experience)
  • 10 Years of Experience with Oracle EBS R12 (R12.1/R12.2 preferred)
  • Understanding of discrete manufacturing and engineer-to-order (ETO) environments (Require 5 Years of experience)
  • Ability to write functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICEW)
  • Work effectively with Oracle Technical (PL/SQL) teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • 5+ years of Oracle EBS Functional Consulting experience
  • At least 2 end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation projects involving Project Manufacturing
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, IT, or related field
  • Oracle certification (preferred but not mandatory)
