Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Financials Techno-Functional Consultant with 12–15 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle EBS Financials and should be capable of leading implementations, upgrades, integrations, and support activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead implementation, customization, and support of Oracle EBS Financial modules
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Configure and support key financial modules including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), iExpenses, Subledger Accounting (SLA)
  • Conduct solution design workshops with stakeholders
  • Support month-end and year-end financial processes
  • Provide functional support and troubleshooting for production issues
  • Develop and maintain RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
  • Work with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow
  • Develop and manage integrations with external systems using APIs and Web Services
  • Customize Oracle EBS applications as per business requirements
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
  • Lead Oracle EBS implementation and upgrade projects
  • Manage integration between Oracle EBS and third-party applications
  • Support data migration and data validation activities
  • Ensure best practices for system performance and scalability
  • Ensure compliance with financial and audit requirements
  • Support SOX or regulatory compliance where applicable
  • Maintain documentation for system configuration and changes
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users
  • Participate in project planning, risk management, and solution architecture discussions

Requirements:

  • 12–15 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials
  • Strong expertise in: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
  • Strong expertise in: Subledger Accounting (SLA)
  • Hands-on experience with PL/SQL development
  • Experience in Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher
  • Knowledge of Oracle APIs and interface development
  • Experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementation or upgrades
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
  • Availability for night shifts as needed to support global teams
  • Flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to varying schedules

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials migration
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Exposure to DevOps practices for Oracle environments
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments
  • Oracle EBS Financials Certification
